Exchanges, Returns & Warranty

We want every experience with Sécra to feel effortless, from the moment your order arrives to the moment it fits perfectly.

To properly experience the support, spend some time wearing them at home in short intervals to keep them in returnable condition. Around 10 to 20 minutes is usually enough to feel how the arch support and footbed work with your body, allowing you to assess fit, comfort, and alignment without committing the shoes to wear.

If they’re not quite right, you’re welcome to return or exchange them provided they remain unworn and in original condition.

To redeem :

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Return postage is covered by the sender

  • Exchanges remain complimentary (including postage)

Exchanges

We offer complimentary exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Whether you’d like a different size, colour, or style, we’ll make the process seamless. 

To qualify for an exchange :

  • Shoes must be in new condition (unworn, undamaged, original packaging)

  • Submit your request through our returns portal : secrashoes.co.uk/apps/returns

  • Once approved, we'll send your replacement pair at no cost, including postage

If the replacement has a higher value, you'll simply pay the difference. If it's lower, we'll refund the difference once your return is processed.

Returns

If your shoes aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a product refund.

A return processing and postage fee of £7 per pair applies. This covers the cost of return handling and tracked delivery back to our warehouse. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once your shoes arrive back and pass inspection.

To be eligible for a refund :

  • Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Any "Final Sale" items will be clearly stated on the product page at purchase

  • Refunds are processed as soon as we receipt back within our warehouse (carrier and banking timeframes may vary)

You may use your own return postage method; however, we recommend tracked services. Sécra cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

6-Month Warranty

Every pair of Sécra shoes is made with care and craftsmanship, and we stand behind their quality.

Our 6-Month Warranty covers manufacturing or material faults that occur within six months of purchase.

Covered under warranty :

  • Structural or stitching faults

  • Hardware or material defects affecting comfort or performance

Not covered :

  • General wear, accidental damage, or misuse

  • Natural variations in leather tone or texture

To submit a warranty claim :

  • Provide your order number or proof of purchase

  • Include clear photos of the issue and the full pair

  • Send a brief description to support@secrashoes.co.uk

If approved, we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost.

We review all warranty claims within 48 hours and resolve most within 48 hours of receiving the package
